Every army needs someone out front, and this is the Lion Knights' pick. The champion comes ready for either job; carry the banner high on the poleaxe, or swap to the sword for close-quarters fighting. Put them at the head of your castle army, or give them the best spot on the shelf.
What's in the box
- The Lion Knight Champion. Red tabard with the gold lion on a blue crest, a mail collar, a belted waist, blue sleeves and legs, and printed mail at the hips. A stubbled, teeth-gritted face that says they've seen a few battles.
- Nasal helm with a mail curtain. A rounded, riveted steel cap with a bar running down over the nose, plus a hanging curtain of mail (called an aventail) that covers the cheeks and neck. Styled after the nasal helms worn across medieval Europe.
- Poleaxe flying the Lion Knights banner. A tall steel-look pole with a red and blue swallowtail banner and the gold lion. The banner is plastic, not cloth, so it holds that mid-wave shape on display.
- The Gilling Blade. A long, straight Saxon sword with a guard that curves up toward the blade. It's inspired by a real Anglo-Saxon sword, over a thousand years old, that a nine-year-old pulled out of a Yorkshire stream in 1976.
- Riveted shield. Steel-look rim studded with rivets, with the Lion Knights crest on the face.
- Display stand. A black base so the champion stands tall on the shelf.

Yes. Fabled Figs are independent, fully compatible figures, sets, and accessories. We're not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by LEGO® or any other brand. They click together with the major brick systems and meet the same safety standards, just at a fairer price.
What's included, and do sets come with instructions?
It depends on the product, but the listing spells out exactly what you get. Our photos are faithful to the product, so you get what you see. Our building sets come with instructions, and figs sets include the accessories they come with in the description and the photos.
How soon will my order ship and arrive?

How much is shipping?
US shipping starts at $8.50 for Standard and is based on weight and size. Most orders are small, light shipments, so they tend to land at the lower end, and orders over $50 get half off Standard shipping. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
