If something isn't right with your order, we want to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Fabled Figs, what's eligible, and how to get the ball rolling. Every return starts with a quick form, and each request is reviewed before it's approved.
Trying to cancel or change an order? Returns are for items you've already received. If your order hasn't shipped yet, use the cancel or change an order form instead.

Required to start a returnWe review your request
Submitting the form starts a review — it does not automatically approve your return. We check each request against the eligibility criteria below and reply by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
Send it back
If your return is approved, we'll email you instructions and the correct return address. US returns include a prepaid shipping label; international customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email when it's on its way.
Please note: Submitting a return request does not guarantee a refund or exchange. Every request is reviewed against the eligibility criteria below, and we may decline returns that don't qualify — even if the form has been filled out.
We typically accept returns for
- ✓ Item arrived damaged, defective, or flawed
- ✓ Wrong item received
- ✓ Missing item from your order
- ✓ A fulfillment error on our end
- ✓ Item lost by the carrier in transit
- ✓ Change of mind — within 14 days, unopened and unused (50% of return shipping at buyer's cost)
May be limited or denied
- ✕ Requests made after the 14-day window
- ✕ Items opened, built, displayed, used, or altered (unless faulty)
- ✕ Returns without an approved request form
- ✕ Wrong item or address entered by the customer at checkout
- ✕ Final sale or clearance items
- ✕ Packages marked delivered but reported not received
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, and may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and store credit is not offered at this time.
Item condition & restocking
Please send items back the way they came: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging if you've still got it. If something arrives back in rough shape, partially used, or pretty banged up because it wasn't packed well for the return trip, we may need to reduce your refund or add a small restocking fee. We promise to be fair about it.
International returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are paid to your local authorities and are non-refundable by Fabled Figs. We recommend a tracked, insured return service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Final sale items
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page and at checkout.
Return address
Please do not ship items back to the address printed on your package. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the correct return address and instructions — be sure to check the inbox associated with your order.
