Are your figures real LEGO®?

No. Fabled Figs are independent, compatible building-brick figures. We are not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by LEGO® or any other brand. Our custom figures are printed on replica (third-party) parts. In short: built for the builders.

Who are your products for? Are they safe for kids?

Our products are collectibles made for display and are intended for ages 16 and up. They aren't toys, and they contain small parts that pose a choking hazard, so keep them away from young children and pets. Some pieces also include batteries, which is another reason they're not meant for small hands. See our Safety & Item Care page for the full breakdown.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders in about 1–3 business days, then add the transit time for the shipping service you choose at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is based on the weight and size of your order, starting at $8.50 for Standard (Ground Advantage). Most orders are small, light shipments, so they tend to land at the lower end. Orders over $50 get half off Standard shipping within the US, and faster options (3-Day Select and Priority Mail) are available at checkout. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon! When it launches, any customs duties, import taxes, and fees will be the buyer's responsibility and delivery times will vary. Keep an eye on our Shipping Policy for updates.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Every return starts with our return form, and each request is reviewed (submitting the form doesn't automatically approve it). Approved US returns include a prepaid label. See our Refund & Return Policy for what's eligible.

My set arrived with a missing piece. What do I do?

We'll do our best to make it right. Just fill out our replacement request form and we'll get started sourcing the parts for you. We can usually replace up to around 5 pieces per order. Sometimes we have to order parts in specifically for these requests, so replacements may take roughly 1 to 2 months to actually arrive. A few ultra-rare or specially molded pieces may not be replaceable, but we'll always let you know either way and work to find a fair solution. Full details on our Piece Replacement Policy.

How do I clean and care for my figures?

For everyday dusting, a soft makeup brush, a small handheld vacuum with a soft bristle attachment, or a dry microfiber cloth works best. A soft, unused toothbrush is also great for getting into tight spots between studs and small parts. For a deeper clean, you can wash your figs by hand in water no hotter than 104°F (40°C) with a little mild detergent, then rinse them off and let them air-dry. As with the big brands, real, intense heat can warp the bricks and loosen prints, which is one of the few things that can permanently change how they fit together. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations, but we genuinely want to help. Please submit a cancellation request as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to update or stop your order before it ships out the door.

How do you handle my personal information?

We only use your information to run our store, fulfill your orders, and (if you opt in) send you updates. We never sell your data for money, and we never share it with anyone who doesn't actually need it to help us run the shop.
