Missing or Broken Pieces
Piece Replacement
Open your set and find a piece missing or broken? We'll do our best to make it right. Tell us your order number and which pieces you need, and add a photo or two if you can, it really helps us match the part. We can usually replace up to around five pieces per order. A few rare or specially molded pieces may not be replaceable, but we'll always let you know either way. Full details are on our Piece Replacement Policy.
Quick check before you submit
A missing piece turns up more often than you'd think, and it happens to the best of us:
- Look around your build area. Pieces love to roll off the table and hide.
- Check inside the bags you've already emptied. They like to tuck into the corners.
- Borrow the piece from a later bag, and peek in the master bag (often the last one) where the larger or unique pieces live.
