Shipping Policy

We ship from the USA to addresses across the United States, with a choice of speeds at checkout. Shipping is calculated by the weight and size of the items in your cart, and the available options will adjust to match. Most orders are small, light shipments, so they usually fall at the lower end. International shipping is on the way, see below.
Need to cancel or change an order before it ships? Timing matters here, so send us a cancel or change request as soon as you can and we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door.

Standard (Ground Advantage) pricing is based on the weight of your order, grouped into three package sizes. Faster services (3-Day Select and Priority Mail) start from these tiers and are calculated at checkout.
Orders over $50 get half off Standard (Ground Advantage) shipping within the US. You can still upgrade to 3-Day Select or Priority Mail by paying the difference at checkout.
Half off shipping on orders over $50
Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $50 (before taxes and any discounts) get half off Standard (Ground Advantage) shipping to US addresses. Faster options remain available as paid upgrades, with the discount applied to the Standard rate. If a return or partial refund later drops your subtotal to $50 or below, we may adjust the shipping discount and deduct the difference from your refund.
International orders — coming soon
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in the works and will be available soon.
When international shipping launches, please note: rates will be calculated at checkout by weight and destination; any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total; delivery times will be longer and can vary significantly due to customs; and original duties/taxes are paid to your local authorities and are non-refundable by Fabled Figs. Tracking & delivery
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we hand your package to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
Wrong address, lost & stolen packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, and reshipment may incur an additional charge. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier first; reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
