Our shop only has room for so much, but the makers we work with make a whole lot more, from big castles and tanks to race cars and whole armies of figs. We work straight with a lot of them, including Sluban, Mould King and Wange, so if a factory makes it, there's a good chance we can get it for you. Tell us what you're after and we'll track it down and send you a price before you pay a single cent.

Custom orders start at $25, before shipping and duties.
1. Tell Us What You're Into
Fill out a quick form with your theme, the kind of thing you're after and your budget. Got a link or a photo of one you saw? Send that too.
2. We Send You Options
We dig through what our makers have and email you a few picks that fit, with rough prices so you can compare.
3. Pick One, Then Pay
Pick the one you want and we'll email you one exact price for the item, shipping and import duties, plus sales tax where it applies. It's good for 7 days. Pay the invoice and we place your order with the maker.
4. It Ships to Your Door
Bigger orders usually ship straight from the maker in 3 to 6 weeks. Smaller ones come through us first and take a little longer. US orders arrive with duties already paid, and we'll keep you posted along the way.
Custom Order Questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes, custom orders start at $25 for the items themselves, before shipping and duties. Orders under $50 ride along in our next bulk shipment, which keeps the overseas shipping cost down on smaller orders.
How long does it take?
If it ships straight from the maker, usually 3 to 6 weeks from the day you pay to the day it shows up. If it comes through us first, it waits for our next bulk shipment, so plan on about 4 to 8 weeks. Some makers are quicker and some items take longer to track down, and your quote will give you a timeline for yours. We'll email you when it's ordered, when it ships, and any time something changes.
How does it get to me?
One of two ways, and your quote tells you which. Orders of $50 or more usually ship straight from the maker to your door, which is the fastest way. Orders under $50 ride along in our next bulk shipment to us, then we check them in person and ship them on to you from here in the US.
Spending $50 or more and want yours to come through us anyway, say to share a box with something from our shop? Just ask.
How do I pay?
Once you say yes to your quote, we email you an invoice from our store. You pay it through the same secure checkout as any other order on our site, and sales tax is added only where it applies. We only place your order with the maker once it's paid in full.
How long is my quote good for?
7 days. Maker prices and shipping costs change a lot, so after a week we'll need to check again before we can hold that price.
Can I cancel?
Once you pay, your order is locked in. We place it with the maker right away and can't undo it on their end, so it can't be cancelled for a refund. If something goes wrong after that, like a missing piece or a lost package, we'll make it right. Not sure yet? Take your time. Your quote is good for 7 days, and you don't pay anything until you're ready.
Will I have to pay anything when it arrives?
For US orders, no. Your quote already covers shipping and import duties, and it ships with the duties paid up front, so there's nothing due at your door. Outside the US? We can usually ship with duties paid there too, but not every time, so tell us your country in your request and your quote will say for sure before you pay.
What if something's missing or broken?
Same as any order from us. Our shipping partner sends us photos before it leaves so we can catch problems early. If a piece still shows up missing or broken, fill out our Piece Replacement form or send us a message, and we'll make it right.
What if my package gets lost?
That's on us, not you. If your package goes missing or ends up somewhere it shouldn't, we'll make it right with a replacement or your money back, and we'll deal with the maker and the shipping company ourselves. You won't have to chase anybody.
What if you can't find it?
Then we'll tell you straight, and you don't pay anything. Sometimes we'll find something close and send it over to see what you think.
Will it work with my other bricks?
Most sets from the makers we work with use standard size bricks that work with the major brick systems. If anything about the fit is different, like fig bodies that join on one stud instead of two, we'll tell you in your quote before you pay.
Can you get me a copy of a LEGO® set?
No. We don't sell copies of LEGO® sets, so everything we find is the maker's own design. Fabled Figs is an independent shop and isn't made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by LEGO® or any other brand.
Will my order show up in your videos?
Only if you say it's OK. We love showing off cool custom orders, so we'll ask, and you can say yes, yes but leave my name out, or no.
